Reader Review: Third book of the Sons of Destiny. The last time we saw Dominor he was taken prisoner by the Mandarites. A misogynist people who think women are inferior to men. The Mandarites are at war with Natalia, a nation where mages are all women, creating an unbalance in power. The ship that was carrying Dominor, was sunk and all of them were taken to be sold at a Natalian slave market. There, Serina, the Guardian of the Koral-Tai Fount, notices Dominor had sees that he's a powerful mage due to the shackles he's in. Although Serina hates the sale of other human as slaves, she buys Dominor because he's the only one that can help her fixing a problem created hundred of years before. In this book we see the overbearing, arrogant Dominor fall for this beautiful mathmagician. This book is mostly set on Natalia, and not on Nightfall Island. This book is very compelling and the veil of the curse of the Sons of Destiny is slowly lifted. We find something more about the reclusive brother, Ryan, and also of someone who can help Evanor. Great, great book... As I said before, this is a must read series. If you love romance and paranormal, great combination!

The Sons of Destiny series continues with the third sizzling romantic fantasy. Eight brothers, born in four sets of twins, two years apart to the day-they fulfill the Curse of Eight Prophecy. To avoid tempting their destiny, the brothers are exiled to the Isle of Nightfall, where women are forbidden. But when the abducted third-born brother is taken by a powerful and beautiful mage, he wonders if she is his own Prophesied Disaster, his foretold wife-to-be... Kidnapped from the Isle of Nightfall and taken captive by slavers, Dominor is sold to a lovely mage who promises freedom. But Lady Serina has plans for him; she needs another powerful mage to re-enact a mating ritual, to help reverse a Tantric spell cast centuries ago. Agreeing to help her, Dominor doesn't suspect the secret she holds back from him: there is more to this magical mating than the Arithmancer has revealed. When that secret finally shatters, Dominor is determined to retake possession of the woman who is his destiny.

Kelly is a bit much, but she thinks on her feet and does not allow the strong men around her to walk over her. You will be hooked and want to read all the brother's stories.

The third novel in the Sons of Destiny series delivers sex so steamy you'll need to wipe of you glasses and plenty of angst. This one might be my favorite of all eight.
