The title of this book promised much: "How to Conquer Pain and Enjoy Your Favourite Sports and Activities". As an ex-jogger with arthritis in my knee, I was full of hope that this book would get me up and running again (my favourite sport). Instead, it was full of the same tired advice as always: no more running, and take up swimming. It really didnt tell me anything I didn't already know. A fair bit of the book was dedicated to people who did not have arthritis, but wished to prevent it. It was sometimes confusing, and not reflected in the title. A book dedicated to young and active arthritis sufferers would be nice. Disappointing and a waste of money.
