Survivor...PE Style was developed as a positive way for children to take on responsibilities and to bring important life traits to the field of competition. Fitness level in children has dropped dramatically over the past few years, which is very alarming. This successful program was put to the testing 2002 in my fourth and fifth grade PE classes. I realized by observation this was the "future" for children and knew it needed to be shared with the world! This program is fun, creative, and a challenging adventure for children who, during their journey, will learn coping skills, leadership skills, respect, courage, perseverance, self-control, initiative, and how to challenge them.
