Serious Fraud and Current Issues
Fraud is big business and it rots the fabric of finance and accountancy, as it is exercised by all day trading of bonds, junk bonds, loans. Twenty-five years ago, fraud was said to be rapidly expanding and manifests itself by shady deals, fraudulently converted cash. Fraudsters who are active, especially electronic fraud, do in fact treat the use of fraud as serious "business" and the execution of frauds as "work", much as other criminals treat their activities as their "job"! Identity theft poses a frightening threat of being taken in by crooks. If twenty-five years ago it was estimated that the amount of fraudulent cash around the world at any one time more than equalled the Gross National Products of several third-world countries, it would not be believed--a damning indictment indeed.

In this fascinating and comprehensive study on Fraud the author takes advantage of the fact that people seem thrilled to hear about frauds, like murders. She has prepared works that will use the reader's' attention to discuss law enforcement and the consequences of breaking the law by committing frauds.

Reviewer: A viewer from NEW YORK
Good yet unrecognised work. Extremely well-researched, better researched than the establishment's own writings,it seems, reading "The Fraud Offence" critique ! Would have benefited if it had contained comments from the UK organisations and views from other countries.I suspect that this canny author is saving those for later in the series. It is apparent that the writer is not from the bosom of the establishment, being brutally honest, writing uncouched in politically neutral statements, but is a sole voice disseminating to all, this valuable information very cheaply, at her own espense it seems. This technical legal knowledge is usually the monopoly of well-heeled upper crust solicitors and barristers, who write very expensive legal texts, hard bound by well-heeled establishment publishers and completely incomprehensible to the lay person. Law books are written liberally coded and couched in legal jargon. This writer does not couch her un-remunerated labour in legal jargon, but simply and comprehensively , she tells us the legal story, unbelievable if only it were not true. The truth of the law stands behind every simple sentence, as those who are lawyers know very well. This work has the tell-tale signs of a mature, moral and motherly person, who cares enough to share her knowledge with ordinary non-lawyers. A tribute to her work is the fact that a social-science undergraduate from Florida State University has been struck enough to write her honours dissertation , inspired by this author's 'Trafficking 'article. Yours sincerely, "A shame-faced member of the establishment."
