    Lots of tips you can implement long after you're done with the program. Personally, I lost 12 pounds and counting! Very easy, very sound portion control and easy to incorporate into your daily routine excercise regimen. Even though investing in a juicer is optional, I highly recommend doing so and use it beyond the three-day detox, you'll love what it does for your skin tone : ))
