Rendona is a pleasant mid-western town where people care about each other. Gable Keysee is looking for a fresh start from his failed life of alcoholism. Within days of arriving in Rendona his life collides with Wanda, a beautiful, lonely, tormented woman who Rendona pities yet fears. Gable finds himself entangled in a world of insanity and grief which is overshadowed by secrecy, chaos and fear.
