You hear the horror stories that people tell when dealing with the government, whether on a state level or federal level. You just smile at stories like that because it isn't happening to you, it's the other guy. You hear stories about bad divorces and parents that don't pay support. You smile because that's not you. You are lucky, your divorce is final, you pay your child support and things are fine. You aren't one of those deadbeats or so you believe.
