Skeptical is the only word I can use to describe my feelings on any book that promises to cure the common cold. I did decide to purchase this book and did read it. In fact, I couldn't put it down. It is written in down to earth understandable language and really makes sense. It hasn't been long enough for me to say that this book has worked for me. I do feel a lot stronger though physically and don't feel as "susceptible" as before. A very interesting book with easy to understand writing and diagrams. Covers a lot but in a concise way. Does that make sense? Anyway good book.
