However, the bartender, Alex, has been spiking the drinks of some of the more beautiful ladies, including Viv's. She ends up being mauled by Alex in the gardens only to be saved by the Baron, who takes her to a special place (the den) in the house. The next morning Alex is found murdered. The police arrest Daniel for the crime. Viv, Dandy, and Harriet, a transgender friend of Viv's, set out to prove his innocence. At the same time, gays are being killed and mutilated by a serial killer.
Harriet meets up with the madman, is brutalized, kidnapped, tortured, and held in chains by him. It seems the ladies' attempt to prove Daniel innocent sets off a string of incidents that finally lead to the killer's apprehension, the identity of which brings this amazing, breath-taking story to an unexpected and utterly shocking conclusion!
