Man has violated Mother Earth for centuries. What was sown in the 20th Century came to a bitter harvest in the 21st Century. A few with the means to provide for their own escape and survival chose one of two options - underground in vast complexes built around self contained eco systems or by colonization of a vast Space Station sold by bankrupt nations. For the majority of the population - once the State Benefits ceased and the local stores had been looted - it was the survival of the fittest. For a while the Dark Ages of the past were eclipsed by the brutal existence of life in the 21st Century. But there is more to life than meets the eye. There are legends and myths. Tales that adults have told to their children from centuries past - tongue in cheek perhaps - because when people are grown up - they know that only humans have forged the conditions in which they live. But they are wrong - In the 22nd century they are called Finders.
