This manual is the first of five and serves as a good starter for gaining information on Holodynamics. With this manual you dont get the in depth description of the process of Tracking itself but you get a good background. Woolf reccomends getting Dance of Life (he's a nice guy on the phone, actually answered the phone himself when I called the number on his website.) I found the tracking process in Manual Five, which I accidently bought first, oops! There are several interviews on Woolf, just check Google video and do a search for Woolf, v. or holodynamics. Another site that might be of interest is magicaltransformations.com. They do a 30 minute free consultation on their process (they use Holodynamics) that you just sign up for. They wll actually call you! My reccomendation is to buy Dance of Life from Diesel and see if its a good fit with you, then proceed to get the 5 manuals.
