You don't have to be an expert to take advantage of crochet's many beneficial
qualities. The soothing rhythm of creating stitches can calm even
the most frazzled nerves. If you're one of those people who can't stand to be
idle, crochet is a wonderful way to let your body get a bit of rest and not feel
like you're wasting time. If your family is always clamoring for you to sit down
and watch a TV show or a special movie at night, go ahead, but bring along
your hook and yarn.

using public transportation.
