Frank Melina was the hottest photographer in the fashion world, until someone tried to kill him and ended up scarring his face. Danny Verdi is at the top of his career, but he's getting older and his popularity is waning. When his manager talks Frank into photographing him in Italy, Danny knows his career will benefit.

Danny is repulsed by Frank's face but addicted to the sex. When the shoot is over however, Danny leaves Frank behind. Frank comes back out of hiding, a changed man, and begins photographing other male models. Danny still wants Frank, but the only problem is, Frank doesn't want Danny anymore.
