Gale Sinclair is a marriage counselor who has broken the cardinal rule of psychotherapy and fallen in love with his client, Zoelle Sutherland. One evening, Zoelle calls Gale in desperation after her estranged husband, Laurent, goes ballistic. Rushing out into a pouring rain to get to her, Gale is killed in a head-on collision on the expressway. Zoelle is a successful interior designer whose firm is threatened by a takeover bid from none other than her husband, ambitious realty tycoon, Laurent Crews. Divorce is a viable consideration since their separation, certainly not murder. But when Zoelle stumbles upon her estranged husband in a pool of blood in his office after he's stood her up for a meeting, she realizes someone else doesn't feel the same. When Gale wakes up in alien surroundings, returning to life in Laurent's body, Gale realizes that death has given him a chance--to love Zoelle. Sensuality Rating: SCORCHING

4.5 Blue Ribbons: "Eternal Designs will put you on an emotional rollercoaster and won't let you off until it's finished. Zoelle is really torn about her marriage and her feelings for Gale and her guilt at his death is even more palpable. Gale is in love with Zoelle, but fears he can never be more than her therapist. When he dies rushing to her rescue it breaks your heart, but when he comes back in Laurent's body you just know that he will fight to keep Zoelle. Gracie C. Mckeever makes sure that you have background information on the characters so you feel as if you know them and are present at every memorable moment. 4 Roses: "Wow, this story blew me away. I was like, what are you going to do? Gale dies in the car accident, then Zoelle comes across her estranged husband in a pool of his own blood, then Gale wakes up in her husband's body. Wow, this author kept me turning the pages to see what she was going to do next. I was on the last page, and was like, wow, she pulled it off and pulled it off Great. I look forward to more by this author. " --Nicole, My Book Cravings
4 Stars: "Gracie McKeever's full length novel, Eternal Designs, falls into a myriad of romance categories: paranormal, reincarnation, interracial as well as suspense. The plot takes many twists and turns when nearly everyone in this character-packed story is considered, at one time or another, a potential murder suspect. Throughout the who-done-it plot line runs a parallel one of whether Gale (in Laurent's body) can make the mistrustful Zoelle fall in love again. I especially loved the fumbling, yet tender way these two try to find their way back to each other. Gale (as Laurent) is a great character, thrust unexpectedly into someone else's body and given the chance of a lifetime to love Zoelle if only she would take him back, since she thinks he's really her domineering husband Laurent. Zoelle is hard as nails and but really as soft as a marshmallow inside. Her teenage son, Wynton, is a pivotal character and gives Gale/Laurent a hard time throughout the entire story, playing true to type as the suspicious and surly stepson. Eternal Designs works well as a suspense story and kept me hanging until the very end as to the identity of the real murder suspect." --Anna Mae, Just Erotic Romance Reviews
