Basierend auf Verhaltensforschungen wurde bewiesen, dass die Freiheit, Begründungen zu diskutieren, eine notwendige Bedingung ist, um synergistische Führung in der Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen. Aufgrund dieser Forschungen wurde bewiesen, dass synergistische Führung in der Entscheidungsfindung nur dann möglich ist, wenn die Freiheit, fundierte Argumente zu präsentieren, in der Organisation gegliedert ist. Abstrakt betrachtet gilt ein Argument dann als begründet, wenn es vernünftig, nachvollziehbar und beweisbar ist. Das Management von Fundamenten ermöglicht: - Unterstützung von synergistischer Führung - Gleicht Klein und Gross, Schwach und Stark aus - Förderung der Arbeit als Quelle von Reichtum und persönlicher Erfüllung - Förderung der Wissenschaft und Technologie - Förderung der Chancengleichheit - Gruppensynergie - Ermöglicht die Hochnivellierung Die Vorherrschaft synergistischer Führungspersönlichkeiten in einer Gesellschaft ist die Grundlage einer nachhaltigen Globalisierung und Entwicklung. Die Vorherrschaft von Autokraten und manipulativen Führungspersönlichkeiten führt zu einer graduellen Zerstörung der Fähigkeit zur Umweltanpassung und endet in Abhängigkeit oder Unbedeutsamkeit.
