The unicist ontology of human capital building
"Human Capital" are big words that are usually considered as an utopia to be included in speeches and presentations. This book provides the necessary technology to develop human capital and to produce the necessary return on investment for the companies and the individuals involved. It provides the approach to use catalysts to foster Human Capital's growth within the limits of the environment. It will open a new world with its possibilities and limits. The results presented in this research work show the limits of a Human Capital Building process through the measurement of the return on investment, continuous improvement, personal benefits, individual confidence and synergy within the organization. Results also show which types of companies are inclined to use it and which ones reject it. The unicist approach to human capital uses knowledge management as the "catalyst" of the human capital building process. This e-book presents the synthetic results of the research and discovery of the natural (ontological) structure of knowledge and knowledge management and its application in the building of human capital considered as a complex system. This work shows on the one hand, entrepreneurial models - in which the institutional entropy tends to be high - that are less sensitive to manage human capital and, on the other hand, the "Enterprising" model that considers the human capital as a significant issue.
