Rayne Jordan wasn't a happy woman.She took a leave of absence from her job and rented a secluded cabin to recoup from her parents' deaths six months before.She had no family left, hated her life and her job.She didn't want to even think about Christmas and spending it alone. While out walking in the snow, she decided to make a snow angel. It was always a favorite thing she enjoyed, but when she rolled over in the snow and started to make the snow angel, she heard a cracking sound and realized she was on thin ice instead of solid ground. The freezing water sucked at her, and she felt herself slipping further into the icy depths.
