"Yo, a little help over here, please?" Nick glanced at the other papers lining the front of the newsstand. The Daily News had it, too. Newsday. Even USA Today. About the only paper it hadn't made the cover of was the New York Times, and Nick was certain it would be in there somewhere. The Metro section, probably.

This book was a light-hearted read, if a little unbelieveable. There was a helicopter crash, shooting from snowmobiles, and conveniently placed hide-aways for the heroine and hero. I liked how Lou and Jack spent 2/3rds of the book getting to know each other while fighting their attraction. I also enjoyed the love growing between Lou's retired cop father and Jack's prim and proper mother. With the backdrop of the Alaskan wilderness, how can Lou and Jack not fall in love?
