A true Tigress knows how to strut her stuff. She walks with her head held high, her breasts pushed forward and wears an expression that says, " I'll eat you alive."

I'M A DOORMAT.

I loved this book because I could connect with the story line at a personal level. Whether it was my being underweight and having a tiny rear or my own struggling to unleash my 'inner tigress' just like the main character, I really loved loved LOVED this book. It witty, descriptive, romantic and full of surprises but does not go over board into being sappy and unrealistic. Everyone should get a chance to read Animal Instincts. Gena Showalter is such a great writer!!!

I couldn't put this book down! It kept me up way too late and was worth all the sleep I didn't get. I chuckled and snickered and cackled at the dialogue, interaction and antics of Naomi and Royce (okay, mostly Naomi). If you're looking for a couple hours of just pure entertainment in the form of smoldering sex scenes, witty exchanges, and some of the most lovable characters then buy this book! Warning: be prepared to ignore the laundry, the dishes, cooking dinner...

You never read about the Man that is perfect and wants true love, marriage and children. But here you find it! I loved that the woman was the one trying to get away from marriage but Royce just kept trying to convince her. By far one of the best books I have ever read. I couldnt put it down! I love this author!

I like to relax with romantic comedies from time to time and it's hard to find author's capable of coming up with good stories that can make you laugh but have serious undertones as well. Gena Showalter does that. The characters are also relateable. I enjoyed it very much.
