I just love all her books and this one was great as usual especially when you see how she combines the 2 main characters you cannot help falling in love with them, they are moody, explosive and just plain "characters"

Some people will do anything to look younger. Why grow older when you can look younger after all? "Immortality" is the new drug on the streets that promises to reverse aging and it is, literally, a killer. Not to mention the fact that the people who are dying all seem to be somehow connected to the drug or a link to the source of the drug. It begins with the murder of Eve's rat, which the police thought was an open and shut case because technically he was a criminal; then a supermodel was murdered. Eve's best friend Mavis is the main suspect because both Mavis and the model were sexually involved with Leonardo and it was known that they had a scuffle. Leonardo and Mavis are in love and he is also a suspect in this case. Not to mention the fact that he is the chosen designer for Eve's dress for her wedding to Roarke. Eve is once again the primary on this case and we see more of Peabody. Eve knows that Mavis is innocent and she tries her best to get evidence which frees her. Mavis is placed in Roarke's house under house arrest and murders keep happening which have nothing to do with Mavis but are connected in some way. Eve discovers that the murder of her rat was also connected to these murders through the new drug that she discovered, known on the streets as "immortality". Will Eve find the source in time? Will Mavis be freed? Will Eve find the true killer before more harm is done?

Eve Dallas keeps us turning page after page to keep up on the case. Just when you believe you've figured it out - another clue turns the case in a new direction.
