...all she wants is to go back to her normal life as a seeker with ok magical ability, but her bond with the Saghred changes everything. Her powers have grown exponentially but she tries to do everything without help from the Saghred. She uses her abilities to help with the investigation of the kidnapped spellsingers and Piaras is a big target because of his overwhelming abilities. It was a fun read and I highly recommend it - my only problem with this book is that there isnt much progress with her relationships with Mychael and Tam, [both of whom I am quite fond of - esp. Mychael as he's such a good guy and too often they finish last!].

Raine's power is growing thanks to her bond with the Saghred, and now it seems if everyone wants a piece of her. Raine is a take charge kind of woman and this leads her into one dangerous and precarious situation after another, as the crazies come out to the woodwork (or mirrors). If you enjoy your fantasy with great characters, humour, witty comebacks and a hint of romance you will love Armed and Magical.
