Great Read for anyone who enjoys stories about supernatural and military mix. This story had be guessing the whole way through, and usually I guess "Who Dunnit" half way through, but Feehan got me again. I will probably read it again at least next month.

I wait with great anticipation for each of Christine Feehans books to come out. The Drake Sisters series is by far my favorite. The intensity of the relationship between the two main characters is hotter than the previous books in this series. Ms. Feehan as always includes good characterizations and really enjoyable support characters. The story line was well done.

I love Ms Feehan's books. It is full of the magic the love of a family can create. No one person is as strong as the collective. Enjoy this book, but be prepared that you will want to read all the books in the series.

If you follow the Drake Sisters, this is Joley's story. If you don't follow the Drake Sisters, you should! Joley is one of seven daughters born to a seventh daughter and each empowered with their own magic. Joley is a famous singer and her magic is in her voice. She can effect people with her voice to the point of influencing their actions and even controlling them depending on the strength of her target. She has long been drawn to Russian bodyguard Ilya Prakenskii. He works for a Russian mobster and Joley is determined to stay away from him no matter how he makes her feel. But, Ilya has his own magic and he has marked Joley as his. How can she fight him and herself? Especially as danger stalks her and she needs Ilya's help just to survive.
