Once you start writing your goals down, the brain will send you all kinds of new
material: innovative, energizing ideas for planning out and expanding those
ambitions. That is the good news. Now for the bad: You will forget the best of the
plans and ideas if you don't come up with a system for recording and reviewing them.
Flash floods of insights come and go quickly.
