"Her name is Emma."

The Facilitator's voice echoed off the ancient stone walls, lending his words authority as he directed Dominic's attention to the large, mirrored disk positioned prominently in the middle of the temple's bloodied floor.

The image of a woman, who existed somewhere in a neighboring world, was reflected on the disk's surface like a living portrait. Her countenance was serene, oblivious. For she was unaware she was being watched.

Carved from polished obsidian as black and impenetrable as the night, the six-foot mirror was encircled by nine more disks of lesser circumference. Each was concave and had been shaped from a disparate exotic stone intended to represent one of the lunar phases. All were set at an angle meant to capture the moonlight streaming in through an aperture in the roof and to direct it toward the central mirror where the woman was on view.

I'm relatively new to erotic books and I have to say that Elizabeth Amber goes way out there in her books. I've never read about a threesome before. Not sure if I would again but all in all I enjoyed the book

This is a fantasy world of female ectasy and excitement. If only such creatures actually existed! The dual world is inhabited by such intriguing and conflicted characters. There's so much more to the characters than their sexuality. I'm looking forward to more from this author.

Elizabeth Amber's "Dominic" is filled with erotic enjoyment and a plot that keeps you wondering how things will resolve. It contains two stories, Dominic's and Vincent's. While Dominic's story ended satisfactorily, Vincent's left me wondering about loose ends and things that didn't seem to be explained or resolved with the 'nutcracker.' It seemed to end too easily and quickly and could have progressed into a much longer story and its own individual book. Other than the quick ending, it was overall another well-written fantasy by Elizabeth Amber.
