Cleo's invited to a party on the famous Edsel-Mellon yacht. It's a spectacular gala that ends with a dognapping of the wealthy family's new puppy. Cleo's back in disguise to find the dog and the dognappers. She and Robbi do their own "'napping" as they take the Richards' family car out to Long Island to look for some of the answers.
