This is a short fantasy romance which is the prequel story for Gena Showalter's hot new series - of which 3 books are being released over the next few months. It tells the story of Geryon, the Gaurdian of hell and his love for Kadence, the godess of oppression. It is both sweet and hot! You will fall in love with Geryon! If you have enjoyed the IAD series by Kresley Cole or JR Ward's black dagger brotherhood series - you will love this too.

I actually bought The Darkest Night & The Darkest Kiss and read them both before finding this one. I thought it was a delightful read. It's not only sexy. Its a great story line if you continue in the series they get even better and longer. I look forward to many more books from this writer.
