Chapter One

Excitement poured through Luke as he studied the very shapely, denim-clad backside swaying in front of him. Elena Richardson was bent over an open box, humming softly to a tune playing on the radio.

His hands itched to reach out and slide over the rounded globes, which he hoped would bring her head around so her eyes met his. Eyes he was sure could tell a story of their own. He could think of so many uses for a woman with such vivacious curves. His mouth watered at the thought, causing the majority of his life's blood to pool in his groin.

His eyes were trained on the band of flesh showing just above her low-slung jeans, revealing the top of what appeared to be thong panties. Evidently her panties did not have to follow the same rules that the tight fitting jeans hugging her hips did. The wisp of pink triangle at her lower back was proof of that. The lack of panty lines and the little bit of pink silk nestled in the crevice of her bottom almost made him groan. I was completely unimpressed with this book. I found it slow, melodramatic, and silly. The heroine made me want to scream with her silly antics and stupidity and the hero was frustrating. I bought the book thinking that it would be a good read but I was completely disappointed.

This book had a great storyline but it fell flat when it could have been a great book. wasnt worth the money I spent on it. I try out different authors in the hope that I will run across a new one that is great

The plot of this book took forever to develop and for such a relatively short book, that was disappointing. It wasn't attention-grabbing and I felt detached the whole time I was reading it. The heroine was annoying and wimpy, which was a total letdown as I like my heroines to be strong and self-confident. Overall, this book was just not worth the read.

For the length of this novel the author wrote a fulfilling story. The plot does not drag on but gets to the point. The reader is able to make a connection with the characters emotionally and the ending is very satisfactory. One main aspect of this story that I absolutely loved was that it did not end abruptly and was more than just sex. Overall a great read and I will definitely read more from this author!
