It's a collection of short stories set in a mythical retirement community in Florida. Nearly all of the residents are Jewish but the stories are universal. If you have retired or are approaching retirement, you should read these stories. If nothing else, you will finish feeling much more positive about your own future. (For those of you still too young to be concerned about retirement; find out what your retired parents are up to down there in Florida.)
