Great first book of the series involving Cat's best friend, Denise MacGregor, and Bones' best mate, Charles...better known as Spade. This wasn't as exciting as our typical Cat and Bones tale but it was enough. Plus, we get a new romance between two really attractive and interesting characters. Old friends also make appearances in the story though the main attraction is very much Denise & Spade.
