Reader Review: In a near future a scientist discover an infinite, clean and free energy source that is capable to supply all the energy that the humanity requires. But this Panacea hides a terrifying secret… Definitely this is my Asimov's favorite book. During the three parts of the book Asimov show us the efforts of a group of person (and aliens) to discover the secrets of the new invention and Asimov related the stories with his simple and clear style. Also this is one of the rare stories where Asimov created a new alien civilization, that have a fundamental role in the story. The epub version is good and I have no problems with my Sony PRS-650 reader.

Only a few know the terrifying truth--an outcast Earth scientist, a rebellious alien inhabitant of a dying planet, a lunar-born human intuitionist who senses the imminent annihilation of the Sun.  They know the truth--but who will listen?  They have foreseen the cost of abundant energy--but who will believe?  These few beings, human and alien, hold the key to the Earth's survival.

NoteePub, short for electronic publication is one of our favorites and should be yours for a couple of reasons. ePub offers reflowable text giving you flexibility to manipulate how the content is presented. Moreover, lots of cool features are now being developed for the reader like advanced video and audio. ePub is now an industry standard, so all of the "non-propreitary" hardware manufacturers are now supporting it.
