Reader Review: Keir O'Connell's Mistress is the first book in The O'Connell's series, contemporary series that is part of Harlequin Presents line. Keir leaves Las Vegas and he's headed East in order to run a restaurant and he's shocked to find Cassie was hired as the new restaurant manager. Cassie used to work as a dancer in Vegas and their was a very strong attraction between her and Keir and the attraction is still there when Cassie starts working as the restaurant manager. I enjoyed reading about Keir and Cassie and how they both tried to avoid the strong chemistry between them without any success. Keir O'Connell's Mistress is a great start to The O'Connell's series.
Keir O'Connell knew it was time to leave Las Vegas when he fell for dancer Cassie. The heat of the Nevada desert must have addled his brain.
So Keir headed east and set himself up in business--and found Cassie had somehow got herself employed as his new restaurant manager. Keir's rule had always been never to mix business with pleasure, but now he just had to take a gamble...he'd keep Cassie on as his manager and make her his mistress!
