Reader Review: An arrogant man with many flaws and a woman who still loved him. This was a beautiful book with a hero that seemed unaffected by the choices of his life but had a secret that made him unpleasant.
HE PLAYED BY HIS OWN RULES
Rule number one: never settle down. J. B. Hammock treated his women well, but with a no-strings detachment they gladly accepted. Until sweet Tellie Maddox began hovering around, caring about him.
And when Tellie lost her memory, she believed she was J.B.'s friend. Even he couldn't be so heartless as to push Tellie aside, and so he played his role...until friendship turned into something deeper than a heartbreaker like J.B. had ever intended.
Then Tellie's memory returned....

Heartbreaker by Diana Palmer
A lot of secrets come out throughout this book that make terrible things
happen as some don't stop to listen and ask about the incidents.
Telli and her sisters are brought up by Marge and her husband, who's passed
away. Her brother is also there and his secrets come out also to leave
others hating things that happened.
Grange saved her from the ditch filled with water after the accident. She can't
recall a thing nor the past 1 year of her life.
Shame a tornado had to uproot everything to make them realize what they do have.
Nice romance and mystery all combined into one.
Boring read!!

I did not even finish reading this book. Diana Palmer's books are becoming repetitive and boring. Once she was my favourite author, but I wont be buying her new books anymore.
