I'm a sucker for these kind of books. Not really because I have to lose weight or because I feel bad with my body image (although I do have those days) but because you always get good advice on good eating and well being. Since reading this book I came to understand that there are foods that are considered "bad" by society that, in fact, in moderation, are good for your circulation. Give this book a try if you want to eat better and feel better.
