Sweet, hot, exciting, and intriguing

This is one of my favorite Cynster novels. The premise is truly enticing, and the mystery plotline keeps your attention. Not to mention the steamy attraction between Gabriel and Allie! I definitely recommend this to all Stephanie Laurens fans.

Although Laurens tends to be too wordy in the detail of what the characters are thinking for, this book was one of her better books. The added mystery makes the book more for the read. Where I do not like all of her books this one is worth reading.

I fell in love with Gabriel Cynster and I love that the heroine of this book is really strong, she is the one who looks after the family and she isnt afraid of anything. Alathea finds out that her family is in trouble so she goes, in disguise, to ask for help from family friend Gabriel Cynster.
