Reader Review: Ok, no breed will ever be as hot as the first, Callan, not to mention no breed will be ever sweet as Dash Sinclair; however, there has been some notable ones after. Navarro Blaine, though a distant second from even the Coyote Alpha, makes an impression. Some of these later breed novels have heroes who become repetitive, and even worse, heriones who just plain suck! Well, Navarro-s promise was enjoyable for the heated romps, and the featuring of Cassie Sinclair, but it didn-t wow the reader with any spectacular developments in the breed world. I am ready for a whopper of a roller coaster ride Mrs. Leigh....do better on the next one please. I Love the breeds!!
The breed guaranteed Mica no harm would come to her, but they never allowed for her sensual fascination with Navarro, or his unstoppable need to claim her as his mate, in both body and soul.

Title: Navarro's Promise February 5, 2012 This book didn't wow me as some of the others. I just found that the story dragged. I did love how we got a little and I do me little look into Cassie's world. All in all it was an okay book.

I always look forward to a Breed novel, and have been waiting for Lora Leigh to give me the same "wow" factor she produced in the earlier novels published by Ellora's Cave. I could not put those books down. Sadly, while Navarro's Promise is a good story, I was able to walk away, and found my mind wandering while reading. Give me back the "wow."
