B, A Capital Tale takes readers on a mind-bending ride from the beauties of Being to the dark echelons of delusion. As evil forces attempt to manipulate characters into doubting B's existence, some of the cast uncovers D's trickery, and the Word War between good and evil is commenced.

Despite the clear-cut choices they are given, some of the letters make the wrong decision. Along the way, however, they see Being in a new light which inspires them to pursue their independence from D.

Just like the letters featured in her book, Jessie Barth was struggling with self-destructive thinking when she decided to leave her longtime career in 1996 and seek a clearer view of life. In 2001, while alone during a week-long blizzard, she focused exclusively on spiritual harmony and its life-giving energy. After days of soul searching, in a moment of stillness, she heard the following words, "In the beginning was B." And that's where this story begins.
