In the 1980's, Junction City, Kansas, is still a small, rural community two hours outside of Kansas City. People know each other on a first-name basis, look out for each other's children, and are proud of their blue-collar roots. It's also the home of four boys who create havoc in the industrial town: Cory Blake, Jeff Brooks, Chris Tate, and Michael Thomson.
Known as the Junction City Four, the boys are always together and always causing trouble. As they grow to manhood, their bond remains strong. But when one of the four begins to psychologically unravel, he starts a killing spree that throws the men into a tailspin of uncertainty, fear, and horror.
To bring the serial killer to justice, the town calls in an FBI specialist from Kansas City. But the Junction City Four is unaware of their members sadistic past, and his reasons for killing will shock them .
