Pandora Piper, better known as Dora, longs for hope in her hum-drum life. She retires to Hope Haven, Florida, believing that its very name suggests the quality of life she seeks. And for her, hope would surely be realized if she could find the right man, preferably a wealthy man. After she meets, and begins to fall in love with, the stereotype of her dream man, Dora makes a devastating discovery. He may be wanted by the law for murdering his wife.
