Reader Review: Mary Pope Osborn does a good job of writing for both boys and girls and this is a good one for the boys especially. My son did a lot of “cool-ing” and “wow-ing” during this story. Once again, a really good way to visit events and times that are gone or are legends.

Lots of Wows

January 21, 2012
Reviewer: A reader from Ohio USA

Throughout this book, my son repeatedly said Wow or Cool. He was riveted by the content and was anxious to get back into it again the next day. Probably a good read for both boys and girls but more appreciated by the boys.
