Reader Review: To start I have to say that this a series that you have to start from the beginning or you will be lost, having said that it is a great series and this is another great read. It was thrilling from start to finish with a huge cliff hanger ending that will leave you waiting for the next one.
The homicide beat in Louisiana isn't just terrifying, it's demonic. Yet another great piece of supernatural fiction. I just cant get enough. I was interested in the plot by just reading the coversleeve but I wish I hadnt. The only con I would give this book is that the surprise is given away in the synopsis of the book taking away the element of surprise.
