Reader Review: Another great addition to the series: this book is a lot more fast-paced-- I'll just go over some...slight-spoiler-y notes on what made me love the book: + Charley Davidson: the humor is always well-intact, one-liner quips, random sarcastic comebacks, dang-even her thoughts are absolute laugh-out-loud material; + Garrett is shaping out to be an adorable sidekick-like being-- kind of like an obnoxious but protective little brother; + a bit more Charley-Gemma dialogue; + more action and suspense scenes in this one--kept me right on edge; + and to keep readers guessing, THAT scene near the end with an act of betrayal from an unexpected person; When's the next book coming in again?!?

Third in the award-winning paranormal series that’s “hilarious and heartfelt, sexy and surprising.”
—J.R. Ward   Paranormal private eye. Grim reaper extraordinaire. Whatever. Charley Davidson is back! And she’s drinking copious amounts of caffeine to stay awake because, every time she closes her eyes, she sees him: Reyes Farrow, the parthuman, part-supermodel son of Satan. Yes, she did imprison him for all eternity, but come on. How is she supposed to solve a missing persons case, deal with an ego-driven doctor, calm her curmudgeonly dad, and take on a motorcycle gang hellbent on murder when the devil’s son just won’t give up?
