Reader Review: A little disappointing. Although a good story; it's only about 58 pages long. I expected more. Maybe more insight on what happened on the island in the previous book. But still worth reading.

This was one of the first Gena Showalter books that I read. I was a little unprepared for the story. There is not a lot of background on the story if this is thefirst book in this series you read. The story itself is a great short romance book.

Great Mini story

I am so glad that Gena wrote this book. After reading Vampire Bride, I was captivated by the Zane and Nola story line that occurred in it. I had a feeling that they would get together, and their story was great. I wish it was a bit longer, but the story flowed great. You will enjoy

I really enjoyed this book. The only disappointing

May 7, 2009
Reviewer: A reader from Las Cruces, NM US

I really enjoyed this book. The only disappointing thing that I can say is that I wish it was longer. The story itself was good but it could have been made into a continuation story of Vampires Bride. I hope the next story has Brand in it.
