Reader Review: Scott is a werewolf who had a rough past and left his last pack. He has 2 young sons and 1 daughter. I loved how this father made special time for his daughter when she wanted to learn how to knit. The heroine owns the knitting store he and his daughter are taking lessons. Lucy is warm, loving and almost immediately falls in love with the kids and Scott. This was such a sweet and enjoyable romance. I would reccomend this to everyone.

An entanglement with a werewolf brings unexpected turns. Scott, a lone werewolf expelled from his pack, bends over backward to give his kids everything he can - including knitting lessons for his daughter. Learning to knit becomes much more appealing with Lucy Jamieson as the teacher. His heightened senses tell him the compassionate and beautiful human might be what he and his little band need, yet getting involved with Lucy means exposing her to his paranormal reality. Although Lucy's childhood skewed her expectations of family, she recognizes and respects Scott's desire to protect and provide for his kids. When Scott is hit by a truck, Lucy offers to help with the kids--and gets more than she bargained for after learning Scott's true nature...

A mix of sweet and strong

This ebook has elements I really enjoyed: the hero is a great protector werewolf and his heroine is a sweet, nurturing human. The chemistry didn't come through perfectly at all times, and I found the heroine's transformation from docile to fierce to be a bit sudden. Overall, however, the author has done a nice job creating this werewolf/human family with a good lead couple.

Wonderful

Scott had a terrible past and now he and his children are on their own, having to leave their pack and live between the humans. I loved his transformation from a lonely and hurt man, to a happy and loving one; and just because he found Lucy, a wonderful woman who loved him and his three children.
I love Scott’s daughter, Jessie, Ms Stephanie Beck did a wonderful job drawing her.
So I totally recommend the book, I’m sure you will enjoy it too.
