This prequel to Uprising traces the first outbreaks that slowly appear in an all too realistic near future U.S.A. As the public becomes aware of zombies rising, the powers that be are trying to suppress the truth and "quarantine" what they've come to call Level III mutations, namely vampires. Those affected are fighting to regain their freedom and rights. It is end of the world as we know it.
