Stormy Brooks is a tough cop from Crystal City. His two best friends in the world are Dakoda Sterling (a high level government agent) and Davis Beaumonte III (a business executive turned talk radio show host who moonlights as a vigilante). After rescuing Joe Kenney Todd in "Triple Option", Stormy is contacted by Dakoda. Dakoda wants Stormy to drive to Tampa, Florida to meet up with he and Davis. Reluctantly, Stormy decides to join his old friends. While driving from Duncanville, Alabama to Tampa, Stormy starts to recollect events that led to the strong friendship he shares with Dakoda and Davis. The trio is face with the daunting task of exacting revenge on a bunch of street hoodlums who are seemingly invincible.
