In our Global Meandering lifestyle, we spent 2 1/2 months in Beijing in the late summer/fall of 2010. We were amazed with the variety of cuisines, with so many unusual and delicious dishes, with the many types of restaurants and their huge range of prices. In this book, we compiled photos of the more interesting dishes we tasted and some of the venues themselves. We then give detailed reviews of the restaurants and eateries we visited.

NoteePub, short for electronic publication is one of our favorites and should be yours for a couple of reasons. ePub offers reflowable text giving you flexibility to manipulate how the content is presented. Moreover, lots of cool features are now being developed for the reader like advanced video and audio. ePub is now an industry standard, so all of the "non-propreitary" hardware manufacturers are now supporting it.
