The war that started in the heavens never ended, it only continued on earth. Verse One: In the Beginning (My Name is Lucas) is a Young Adult Fantasy Romance and is the first in a series of books focusing on Lucas. Lucas the salvation of all fallen angels. Lucas who holds the key to everything. His purpose is to stay alive until his twenty-fifth birthday, when his father will sacrifice him to God. In the beginning, God made the heavens and the earth. Lucifer, the most beautiful of Angels walked with God when He created man and woman. However, Lucifer grew resentful towards the attention God was bestowing on man and woman, and thus formulated a plan that would result in God banning Adam and Eve from The Garden of Eden. His plan to discredit God in the eyes of all the angels residing in the Heavens failed and thus he created an army of more than thirty-three thousand angels and war broke out in heaven.
