David Klawson quit investigative reporting to search for a less stressful life. He wants to raise his young son, piece together an income, and somehow leave painful memories behind. But after a teacher is murdered, Klawson decides to find the killer he thinks the cops overlooked. The trail leads him to that strange and vicious place, high school, and Klawson learns much more than he bargained for.
