How high is the price of vengeance? Gabriella Devere was a love-struck teenage girl when she first met gunfighter Jess McLowry, but she grew up quickly when her family was murdered by a gang of outlaws. Now, "Gabe" wants vengeance, and vows to make each outlaw pay for the crime. Jess McLowry left his war-torn Southern home to head West, where he hired out his gun. Overtime, he rues that action, and vows never to use his gun again. When he learns what happened to Gabriella's family, however, and what she plans, he knows a young woman like her will have no chance against the outlaws. He vows to save her the way he couldn't save his own family. He knows the price she'll pay for vengeance will ultimately be too high to bear. She believes she is willing to sacrifice everything for the sake of her family, but is she also willing to sacrifice Jess?

| Note | ePub, short for electronic publication is one of our favorites and should be yours for a couple of reasons. ePub offers reflowable text giving you flexibility to manipulate how the content is presented. Moreover, lots of cool features are now being developed for the reader like advanced video and audio. ePub is now an industry standard, so all of the "non-propreitary" hardware manufacturers are now supporting it. |
