When mankind was divided and scattered after the fall of the Tower of Babel, most groups fell into ruin and suffered thousands of years of Dark Ages. One race did not fall, but continued to advance, especially in the sciences and medicine. Believing Nimrod, the founder of the Tower of Babel, will return from the dead to rule the world again, and themselves the rightful owners of the world, this race has waited centuries for the opportunity to seize control of the world and force all mankind to serve them. If they succeed, the world as we know it will come to an end. Annie Grace, an orphaned member of this race who knows nothing about her lineage or history, unwittingly holds the key to information the group needs to build a weapon that can give them control of the world. Annie is kidnapped to force her to divulge a secret she knows nothing about, and only then learns about this ancient race of people, and who she really is. Through a series of traumatic events, she comes to believe her enemy is her friend, and her friend is her enemy. She soon comes to learn that only she and a few friends stand between this ancient race and world domination. Annie is forced into this battle against her will, and soon discovers that to save the world she knows, she must trust her enemy, and do the unthinkable!

| Note | ePub, short for electronic publication is one of our favorites and should be yours for a couple of reasons. ePub offers reflowable text giving you flexibility to manipulate how the content is presented. Moreover, lots of cool features are now being developed for the reader like advanced video and audio. ePub is now an industry standard, so all of the "non-propreitary" hardware manufacturers are now supporting it. |
